glue it onto the cabinet with some kind of super strength epoxy
I’ve never been so excited for a home purchase. I was really sick of the paper towel roll sitting on the counter, taking up precious space all the time. I also wanted something that would be possible to use one-handed. After reading a TON of reviews on paper towel holders (when did I become this person?!?), I decided to buy this one. We did run into a couple of problems. The screws it comes with were too long for a standard cabinet. They went through the cabinet bottom and stuck up through the cabinet a little bit. After some debating, we decided to buy a very thin piece of wood, glue it onto the cabinet with some kind of super strength epoxy, and then attach the paper towel holder to that. This ended up being the perfect solution. The wood was thin enough that it was not visible beneath the cabinet lip and thick enough that the screws did not stick through the cabinet.We buy the giant roll of bounty select-a-size paper towels and they fit on this with no problem. The arm has these thin metal rods sticking out that hold the roll in place so when you pull it, it doesn’t pull like fifty towels off. It’s really easy to just get one sheet off, even one handed. I like that the end that you slide the towel over has a nice, finished design. It looks great in my kitchen and like I said, I’m really happy with this purchase.
